Absolutely! We pride ourselves on having an extensive library of movements that will bring the best out of anyone. From the beginner that has never trained before to the seasoned veteran. We have something for everyone!
Yes! We have several plan durations available. A 3 days a week plan that you get a set number of sessions or 3 days a week for 3, 6 or 12 months. We also have unlimited plans that allow you to train daily from 1 month to 12 months. We have a plan to fit any transformation and we will work with you to find the options that fit best.
Our session times are from 5:15am to 7pm. Monday thru Friday. Weekends are 8 to 12. Our sessions are 30 minutes long. 1 to 6 people in a session.
We are located inside of the Paragon Athletic Club in Linden, NJ. We are a full gym with equipment, machines, lockers, showers and parking lot.
